It's the, How many things can we make with Cadbury Eggs, season!!!

One Bag of Cadbury Eggs (or two if you can't help to treat yourself a little too much)
6 cups Rice Krispies
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (10 ounce) package regular marshmallows
White Chocolate (optional)

Prep: Spray a Glass 15-inch x 10-inch x 2-inch rectangular baking dish to pack the rice krispie marshmallow mixture into.
  1. Melt the Butter in a medium sized pot
  2. Add the Marshmallows
  3. STIR constantly, otherwise you may get a dirty, sticky, burnt mess to clean up later on the bottom of your pot.

4. Melt white chocolate in the microwave. This is a trick I learned from making avalanche bars: see post here. It adds that melt in your mouth, deliciousness & what better thing to pair with melt in your mouth, delicious Cadbury eggs!
5.  After it's melted add this to the marshmallows, once the marshmallows have started to melt down. Once everything has melted together, remove from heat.
6. Add 6 Cups of rice krispies into the pot and stir.

Pour the Krispies Marshmallow mixture into the Glass 15-inch x 10-inch x 2-inch rectangular baking dish. With your spatula spread the mixture around so it fills the entire pan, and at the same time start adding the cadbury eggs throughout the Krispies Mix, add a few more on top once you have packed it all down.  Then after washing and drying your hands, pack the mixture down with your dry hands. I don't know why but it doesn't stick. Trust me, I tried using plastic wrap, and the entire mixture grabbed on.

And Viola!!
