Live Strong...

A whole lot of Protein Powder makes for more than just yummy smoothies!!

  • 1 1/2 a cup of Rice Krispies
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon of agave nectar.... YUMMMMY stuff
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 scoops of protein powder- vanilla
-Preheat the oven to 325 F
-Mix all ingredients... NOTE... you may need to use some more agave, to get that stickiness you need for Rice Krispie Treats
-You can put it into a 9x9 or follow my lead and put it into a muffin pan
- Cook for 10-15 or until crisp

They turned out pretty good, I may need to experiment a little more because some of them broke a part easily....
